ISO 13485:2016

Machining Concepts Inc. is ISO 13485:2016 Certified.  This has provided Machining Concepts Inc the opportunities to expand on its Medical Non-Active Device manufacturing capabilities by ensuring process control, traceability, and scrap reduction.  Machining Concepts Inc. has the ability to work with Medical Device companies through the full product realization path, beginning with prototyping and working through development all the way to full production runs.

AS9100D

Machining Concepts Inc. is AS9100D Certified, proving that they have the expertise and reliability to machine components that meet or exceed the standards and requirements of aviation, space, and defense organizations. Machining Concepts aims to bring more Aerospace Manufacturing to the Erie area, and is positioned to be a turn-key supplier with access to NADCAP approved vendors for required outside processes.  With the AS9100D Certification completed in late 2021, Machining Concepts looks to build upon their already strong aerospace client base.
